Tests!

Tests are not my favorites, but I did look up what it took to be a realtor. I was surprised what is expected and what it takes to be succeed in a very competitive business, especially in the economy that home selling is facing. Also to save you and the buyers time that they need to be preapproved loan from a lending firm before they will even show you property. It was an interesting read.
